2015 Sponsorship Opportunities & Registration • Pleasant Hill Art, Jazz & Wine Fest

Saturday, October 3rd 10 am – 6 pm; Saturday Evening Concert 6:30 – 8:45 pm

Sunday, October 4th   11 am – 6 pm

 □ EVENT SPONSOR $5,000           

(Non-Chamber member $6,000)

·         Your logo or name will be displayed on 30-foot EVENT BANNER hanging from the Crescent Drive Arch for a month prior to the event.*

·         Your name or logo will appear on promotional and advertising material*

·         10’ x 10’ space provided for your booth or table for your promotional use.

·         You will be hosted at the Premium Wine Pavilion or Beer Garden and receive 8 glasses and 16 Premium drink tickets (your choice of beer or wine)

 
□ SATURDAY EVENING CONCERT SPONSOR $2,500 (Exclusive)

(Non-Chamber member $3,000)

·         Your logo or name will appear on promotional material, website and event program.*

·         Your banner (provided by you) will be displayed on stage during the 2-day festival as the exclusive Saturday Evening Concert Sponsor.

·         Your name will be announced throughout the Festival and during the Saturday Evening Concert.

·         You will have the opportunity to introduce yourself and your business from the music entertainment stage prior to the concert!

·         You will receive 4 glasses and 8 Premium drink tickets (your choice of beer or wine)

·         Space for a 10’ x 10’ booth available for an additional $500 (subject to availability)


□ AUTOMOBILE SPONSORSHIP $1500

(Non-Chamber member $1800)

Park up to two automobiles in the festival area (subject to vehicle size) Additional automobiles $500 as space allows.

·         A great opportunity to meet new customers!

·         Display your company banner (provided by you) and distribute your promotional materials.

·         Business name or logo will appear on promotional and advertising material.*

·         You will receive 4 glasses and 8 Premium drink tickets (your choice of beer or wine)

 

□ WINE OR BEER GLASS SPONSOR $1,250 (4 Sponsorships of each kind available)

(Non-Chamber member $1,500)

Festival guests will be drinking Wine or Beer in a glass with your logo on it.

·         Your logo or name will appear solely on event glasses sold at the 2-day festival (amount of glasses to be determined by the Chamber)

·         Your logo or name will appear on website and Event program.

·         You will receive 4  glasses and 8 Premium drink tickets (your choice of beer or wine)

·         To be the exclusive sponsor of either Wine or Beer glasses, 4 sponsorships will need to be purchased (amount of glasses to be determined by the Chamber)

                                  

□ PREMIUM WINE PAVILION SPONSOR $800 (Both Days)

(Non-Chamber member $960)

Be a Premium Wine Pavilion Sponsor and have a great time with potential new customers while pouring wine!

·         Display your company banner (provided by you) and distribute your business materials.

·         Your logo or name displayed at the Premium Wine Pavilion.

·         You will receive 2 glasses and 2 Premium drink tickets (your choice of beer or wine)

                                      

□ BEER GARDEN SPONSOR $800 (Both Days)

(Non-Chamber member $960)

Be a Sponsor of the Beer Garden, located between Crescent Drive and Pleasant Hill City Hall, created for the biggest beer lovers out there!

·         Display your company banner (provided by you) and distribute your business materials.

·         Business name or logo will appear at the Craft Beer Garden.

·         You will receive 2 glasses and 2 Premium drink tickets (your choice of beer or wine)

                                      

□ CRESCENT DRIVE WINE OR BEER BOOTH $800 (Both Days) or $600 (One Day)

(Non-Chamber member $960/$720)

Sponsor a Beer or Wine Booth on Crescent Drive and market your business to thousands of potential customers!

·         Display your Company banner (provided by you) on a Crescent Drive Wine or Beer Booth and promote your business!

·         Sponsors provide volunteers to pour wine or beer at the booth.

·         You will receive 2 glasses and 2 Crescent Drive drink tickets (your choice of beer or wine)


□ CORPORATE SPONSOR KIDZONE $1500 (Both Days)

(Non-Chamber member $1800)

Sponsor the expanded lively entertainment and activities for kids of all ages!

·         Corporate name or logo will appear on KidZone promotional and advertising material.*

·         Promote your businesses – in a 10’ x 20’ space for your booth or table for your promotional use.

·         Your logo or name displayed on banner at entrance to the KidZone.

·         You will receive 4 glasses and 8 Premium drink tickets (your choice of beer or wine)


□ CORPORATE SPONSOR for ROCK WALL in KIDZONE $2500 (Both Days)

(Non-Chamber member $3000)

Sponsor the expanded lively entertainment and activities for kids of all ages!

·         Corporate name or logo will appear on promotional and advertising material.*

·         Promote your businesses –in a 10’ x 20’ space for your booth or table for your promotional use.

·         Your logo or name displayed on banner at entrance to the KidZone.

·         You will receive 4 glasses and 8 Premium drink tickets (your choice of beer or wine)


□ KIDZONE SPONSOR $500 (Both Days)

(Non-Chamber member $600)

Sponsor the expanded lively entertainment and activities for kids of all ages!

·         Your logo or name will appear on promotional and advertising material.*

□ MUSIC SPONSOR $600 - $700 (Both Days - Price is determined by location)

Be a Music Sponsor and promote your product to thousands of potential customers!

·         Your logo or name displayed on banner over Music Entertainment stage.

·         10’ x 10’ space provided for your booth or table for your promotional use.

·         Display your company banner and distribute your business materials.

□ BEER CUP SPONSOR $125

(Non-Chamber member $150)

Re-usable cups with your business name listed with event logo.

·         Business names will be listed on 1,000 souvenir beer cups sold at the event.

·         You will receive 1 beer cup and 1 Crescent Drive beer drink ticket.


□ GATOR SPONSOR $500 (per gator)

(Non-Chamber member $600)

Have a gator roam around the event with your business name all around!

·         Your logo or name displayed on utility vehicle used by staff both days during the festival.

·         You will receive 2 glasses and 2 Premium drink tickets (your choice of beer or wine)



* IMPORTANT DEADLINE FOR SPONSORSHIPS WITH THEIR NAME OR LOGO IN PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL

For the Pleasant Hill Chamber to include your name or logo in the advertising material, as mentioned in the above sponsorship opportunities, the Sponsor must have made the appropriate payment and provide their logo in the correct format by July 19, 2015. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee your logo will appear on the promotional material. Please send us a high resolution (jpg, png. eps) file with your logo to ann@pleasanthillchamber.com
